Scheduled Restart to Fix Weapon Issues

We have identified an issue with the following level 175 weapons:

Excalibur Sword +1

Ark Angel's Curse Gun +1

Fist of God +1

Falcon's Wings Bow +1

Apparently, the effects of these items are not being applied.

Our team has already fixed the issue and we will restart the server at noon to apply the fix.
