How to get item from Mail Man NPC?

After joining the game and going through the tutorial zone, you are free to roam the mixmaster world. In all major cities, you will find the Deliveryman, known as MailMan. Talk to him at any time of day to receive your orders.

Typically, you receive items through the mailman when you receive event rewards or make purchases on MixMall.
